Figure Player transfer

The player can transfer their amiibo's figure player from Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. however, their figure player's level will be decreased depending on it's level in 3DS/Wii U (eg. a Level 50 amiibo in 3DS/Wii U will become Level 12 in Ultimate).
