W. Link, also known as Wolf Link, is a smug wolf villager in Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Welcome amiibo. He is based on Wolf Link from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. His birthday is the same as the Japanese release date for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
W. Link can only move to the player's town if either the Link (Super Smash Bros.), Zelda (Super Smash Bros.), Wolf Link (Twilight Princess), Archer Link (Breath of the Wild), Link (Skyward Sword), Link (Twilight Princess), Young Link (Super Smash Bros.), Link (Link's Awakening), or Link (Tears of the Kingdom) amiibo is scanned and he is invited to move in from the campground. He cannot be asked to move in from another player's town or campground.
