The only appearance of this item is Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. The icon of the item is a Yoshi Egg with "FULL" written below it, with a yellow background. They can be obtained by winning Bonus Challenges, or a Mini Battle. They can be used in the pause screen. When used, it refills the player's egg count to 6.
In the remake, these items have an identical role as the originally did.
