Diagonal Valley Rally is the special level of World 1 in Yoshi's New Island. It can only be unlocked by collecting all 40 Smiley Flowers within World 1.
Layout
For the entire level, Yoshi must get across a large bottomless pit using a series of moving platforms connected to some circuits while dodging many enemies and obstacles along the way.
Smiley Flower Locations
Smiley Flower 1: Inside a winged cloud carried by a Fly Guy.
Smiley Flower 2: Between four moving platforms after some Bill Blasters and Fly Guys.
Smiley Flower 3: Ride the third magenta moving platform or throw an egg from a nearby platform to nab the Smiley Flower.
Smiley Flower 4: In another winged cloud above a platform counterclockwise of moving a lift platform.
Smiley Flower 5: Same area surrounded by the four lift platforms in the middle.
