To defeat her, Yoshi must jump onto different platforms to lure her out of the sand that she is inhabiting. Another way to lure her, is when a Glide Guy occasionally comes out. This method does take much time, though. She can also spit out Needlenoses. If Yoshi jumps into the sand she inhabits, Priscilla will eat him, causing him to lose all of his eggs.
