Wart Jr. is a cranky frog villager in the Animal Crossing series who appears in all games to date. His name may come from the spots on his face called warts. His name may also come from Wart, the boss appearing in Super Mario Bros. 2. His catchphrase, "grr-ribbit," makes a connection to his personality (cranky, meaning grr) and (frog, meaning ribbit).
In New Horizons, Wart Jr. has the education hobby.
Appearance
Wart Jr. is a burnt amber brown frog. He has the small 12 spots on his face, which resembles warts, like his name. His eyes are white and black, but it is almost closed, relating to his personality. He has a happy closed mouth. He may be mistaken to be a lazy personality rather than cranky because of his eyes.
