Ava (ドミグラ Domigura) (Ava in Spanish) is a normal chicken villager from the Animal Crossing series series. Her name comes from the word ova, the Latin word for eggs, which chickens lay. It is also possible that her name comes from the word "avian" meaning flyer; a pun on her species, a chicken, as they can not fly. She did not appear for sometime after Animal Forest e+, and reappears again in Animal Crossing: New Leaf.

Appearance

Ava is a "classic" white chicken with a red comb and brown wings, possibly referenced on an Isa Brown chicken. She initially wears the Checkerboard Tee. Ava has big eyes and seems to have a country look to her.

Personality

Ava is a normal neighbor, and gets along with the player and villagers. She takes an interest in most of the hobbies, especially fishing and fossil hunting. She will act sweet and mother-like to the player.

House

Ava has a gyroid and the Cabin Series. Her gyroid is a tootoid, she also has a cabin bed, teddy bears and a cabin table. She has several clothes, also. She plays K.K. Country when she obtains a stereo.
