Scoot (マモル, Mamoru) is a jock duck villager in the Animal Crossing series. He appeared in Animal Crossing, was absent in Animal Crossing: Wild World, and reappeared in Animal Crossing: City Folk. His name may relate to the fact he wears a helmet, like the rider of a scooter, and his initial catchphrase is a possible reference to how young children imitate the sounds of motorcycles and/or scooters.

In New Horizons, Scoot has the Fitness hobby.

Appearance

Scoot in Animal Crossing.

Scoot is a green duck with a yellow bill and yellow feet. His eyes show determination, reflecting his personality and he has pink cheeks. At first, Scoot has an undergarment on his head, but when looked at from the back, the numbers 1-3 (1-5 in New Horizons) show that it's a swim cap, with the numbers being typical for school age athletes to represent their class. He wears a frog shirt as his initial clothes. In Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival, his eyes are larger and his feathers are a lighter shade of green.
