Jay

Jay is a jock bird villager who appears in all games to date. his english name is a bird from the same name, although there are no jays that have red head like the villager. his japanese name is the katakana writing of the kanji 燕 (Tsubakuro), "Swallow" (the species of bird). Also, his forked tail, red head, blue body, and white belly suggest a barn swallow or a wire-tailed swallow.

In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Jay has the fitness hobby and will wear sporty shades and lift heavy dumbbells while exercising.

Appearance

Jay is a blue bird that has a white tummy, blue wings, and there is a red-atop on his head, also under their beak, there’s more white. There is a yellow beak and legs. He is similar to Robin, another bird villager.
