Personality
Chow is a villager who is cranky in all the games. Although he is a grumpy animal, he can be very nice. He will constantly ask you for fishing contests. Sometimes when you have a fish in your inventory an exclamation point will appear above his head and he will ask for the fish. Then he will give you something back.
House
In Wild World, he has imperial furniture, a golden ("Squat Dingloid") gyroid, and fish in his house. He listens to K.K. Steppe. When talking to a sweet villager he might call them a "doodie head" which if you ask me that's a 5 year old insult. Chow might be mean at first but, maybe when he moves away you might want him to move back.
