thumb|300px|right|The music at 4PM in City Folk 4 P.M. uses simple electronic drums, an accordion, a low french horn, an electric piano, a glockenspiel, and a marimba in one part of the song. It sounds like someone whistles after the marimba sounds. It may refer to an afterglow, when the light or radiance that remains in the sky after the sun has set, because four in the afternoon is when the sun has gone down and left orange overlapping the blue in the Animal Crossing series games. The song, however, is a dark, but charming mid-day melody.
