Kapp'n
Kapp'n is a special character that appears in Animal Crossing: City Folk, Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Forest. His name may mean 'captain' in a foreign accent.
Role in Wild World
Kapp'n is the man who drives the taxi to your new town. He asks you numerous questions to define the appearance of your character, and also may flirt with your charachter if it is a girl. Kapp'n sometimes appears in the Roost, the small coffee shop in your town's museum.
Role in City Folk
Kapp'n has a similar role as in Wild World. He drives you to your new town. Kapp'n also rides the bus to take you to the city and players say he is quite chatty at times. His conversations usually have to do with love, and he attempts to flirt with you.
Role in Animal Forest
Kapp'n is the person who takes you to and from the Island. You can meet him by the bridge.
