Personality
His personality type is the Jock, but surprisingly he has a small bit of a point differentfrom other jock characters. Most jocks are 80% absent minded and Bill is only 45% absent minded. He gets along well with the oh-so-cute Kody as well!
Well to whomever wrote this, I dissagree, I feel that Bill has a normal type personality. I've had him for about 7 months before he moved and he was very nice and laid back. He never got angry with me or any other villagers for that matter. He gets upset sometimes when you let him down or say something that would make him sad. He's a very sweet duck and is social and outgoing, and he refrains from fights.
Appearance
Bill is red, with wide white-ringed eyes and a yellow beak. He is initially wearing a blue shirt with the number 2 on the front.
