Celia is a normal eagle villager in the Animal Crossing series who first appears in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Her Japanese name may be a reference to Tiffany, a snooty rabbit villager. She and Amelia have been the first female eagle villagers that appeared so far.
Celia has the nature hobby.
