Appearance
Bill is a red duck, with wide, white-ringed eyes and a yellow beak. He is initially wearing a blue shirt with the number 2 on the front.
Personality
He has a Jock personality, but appears to be wiser than the standard Jock villagers. He gets along well with other villagers, aswell as the Player.
