Appearance
Bill is a red duck, with wide, white-ringed eyes and a yellow beak. He is initially wearing a blue shirt with the number 2 on the front.
Personality
He has a Lazy personality, but appears to be wiser than the standard lazy villagers. He gets along well with other villagers, aswell as the Player. Like other lazy villagers, he will appear upset if a Player's friend stops visiting. Bill always talks about working out his muscles.
