Appearance
Bill is a red duck, with wide, white-ringed eyes and a yellow beak. He is initially wearing a blue shirt with the number 2 on the front.
Personality
He has a Lazy personality, but appears to be wiser than the standard lazyvillagers. He gets along well with other villagers, aswell as the Player. If a friend visits your town alot and then just stops visiting or one of your characters dissappears for a while bill will get very upset.
