Bella (イザベラ, Isabella) is a peppy mouse villager. As a peppy villager, she will appear excitable and friendly towards the player. She makes her debut appearance in Animal Forest e+. Her name means "beautiful" in Italian. Her initial phrase relates to other mouse villagers and her species, which make the sound "squeek" or "eek".

As a peppy villager, Bella will have the tendency to over-react in conversations about trivial subjects such as appearing in competitions and the chance of her losing. This sometimes triggers her to ask for a certain item of clothing or furniture which she needs to enter a competition. She, like other peppy villagers, will rarely be discouraged from doing anything, including the usual hobbies. She will also have a short attention span, which means she will soon forget arguments or tasks given to the player which were not completed. Bella says that the color pink suits her best. She will get along well with jock villagers, the male counterpart of Peppy villagers due to similar childish personalitites.

Bella's house in Animal Forest e+ is the same as Pompom's, only with the Steel Flooring as carpet and a Concrete Wall as wallpaper.
In Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk she preserves most of the same items on her house. Her choice in wallpaper and flooring, relates to the common portrayal of mice that make their homes in the walls of a human home. She plays K.K. Ballad in Animal Forest e+ and K.K. Metal on her stereo in Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk. In Animal Forest e+, She Has 1 Gyroid in her house.
