== Appearance ==
Phoebe is an orange-red and brilliant yellow ostrich with spotted wings. Given her name, color scheme, and the Flame Tee she wears as her initial outfit, it's likely that she is supposed to resemble a mythical phoenix. Her appearance is somewhat similar to [[Rio]]'s, another female ostrich that first appeared in the early games of the series and returned in New Horizons.
