9 P.M. is a piece of music played at 9 P.M. until 9:59 P.M. It features whistling and vibraphones. The melody is generally slow.
In the GCN version, the theme is more quiet. It's melody explains that everything has closed up for the 24-hour period. Everyone is asleep, the shops are closed; everything is at rest until the next morning. Based on the tune, the song seems to question why anyone would be active at this time of day.
