Tom is a cranky cat villager in the Animal Crossing series series. His name is based on tomcats, or male cats. He was absent in Wild World, but appears again in City Folk.
Appearance
He is a blue tabby cat with a white-tipped tail and muzzle. He looks like Rover and Punchy. His appearance may be inspired by Tom from the Tom and Jerry cartoons, as AC's Tom looks quite similar to the Tom from the cartoons.
Personality
He is sharp-tongued, usually calling you a brat. He is a typical cranky villager, appearing more mature than villagers in the other personalities. He will be rude to the player at first.
House
His home is very neat and oriental, containing furniture from the Exotic Series. It contrasts with his grouchy personality. Once obtaining a stereo, he will play K.K. Rally.
