Kapp'n is the man who drives the taxi to your new town. He asks you numerous questions to define the appearance of your character. Kapp'n sometimes appears in the Roost, the small coffee shop in your town's museum.

Kapp'n has a similar role as in Wild World. He drives you to your new town. Kapp'n also rides the bus to take you to the city and players say he is quite chatty at times.
