Phoebe (ヒノコ, Hinoko) is a sisterly ostrich villager in the Animal Crossing series. she first appeared in Animal Crossing: New Leafand appeared in all subsequent games. she is the only Sisterly ostrich in the Animal Crossing series. Both Phoebe's English and Japanese names are plays on the mythical phoenix, known as hinotori in Japanese. Hinoko can also mean "sparks."
In New Horizons, Phoebe has the fitness hobby and will wear sporty shades and lift heavy dumbbells while exercising.
