Chow (チャウヤン Chauyan) (Pando in Spanish) is a cranky bear villager from the Animal Crossing series series, and has made an appearance in every game. His name comes from a variation of the Chinese surname Zhou, and may be an attribute to his panda bear-like appearance.
Appearance
Chow is a pink bear with black arms, eyes, and legs, and also has a mole under his left eye. His arms and legs are tipped with light-brown, and his ears are light blue with black on the outside. Chow is initially seen wearing a Star shirt purchasable at Able Sisters. He uses a ribbon umbrella when it rains, and his appearance is similar to a Lazy or Jock villager. Template:Clrl
Personality
As a cranky villager, Chow will appear mature compared to other personality types. This will make him appear belittling and insensitive to other villagers, including the player. Despite this, he will learn to confide in the player, considering them his only friend. He will find it difficult to socialize with peppy and normal villagers as he will criticize them. He will get along with lazy, snooty, and other cranky villagers, with whom he will share deeper conversations. He will occasionally normal villagers when being mean about something or someone.
