Chow is a villager who is cranky in all the games. In Wild world, he has imperial furniture, a golden gyroid and fish in his house. Although he is a grumpy animal, he can be very nice.
He will constantly ask you for fishing contests. Sometimes when you have a fish in your inventory an exclamation point will appear above his head and he will ask for the fish. Then he will give you something back.
On the back of Chow's pic it says:
