In the NL tune, the tune is a dark theme with xylophones and occasionally an accordion set and a harmonica playing together, which then will have a deep horn replacing the xylophones later on. Like all the tunes that played in the previous games, this can make people understand about this time of the day, as is becomes more inactive and every service where it is at this time of the day will close (with the exception of Re-Tail, Dream Suite, the island, Club LOL and the Museum. | In the NL tune, the tune is a dark theme with xylophones and occasionally an accordion set and a harmonica playing together, which then will have a deep horn replacing the xylophones later on. 9 P.M. is a piece of music played at 9 P.M. until 9:59 P.M.
In the GCN version, the theme is more quiet. It's melody explains that everything has closed up for the 24-hour period. Everyone is asleep, the shops are closed; everything is at rest until the next morning. Based on the tune, the song seems to question why anyone would be active at this time of day.
In the normal version of the Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk tune, it features whistling and vibraphones. The melody is generally slow.
In the Animal Crossing: New Leaf tune, the tune is a dark theme with xylophones and occasionally an accordion set and a harmonica playing together, which then will have a deep horn replacing the xylophones later on. Like all the tunes that played in the previous games, this can make people understand about this time of the day, as is becomes more inactive and every service where it is at this time of the day will close (with the exception of Re-Tail, Dream Suite, the island, Club LOL and the Museum. It's feel is like a mix between the original (Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival and Animal Forest+/Animal Crossing (GCN)/Animal Forest e+) and the Animal Crossing: Wild World/Animal Crossing: City Folk feels to the game.
