In the GCN version, the tune is more relaxed, sort of like the feel of someone looking at the clouds or sitting on a bench.
The 3 P.M. tune in Wild World and City Folk is slow, calm, and relaxing throughout the whole song. It has a vibraphone, a short accordion, etc. It is a true tune that tells the afternoon is successful.
In New Leaf, the song is a bouncy song with clarinet, piano, and some steel drum. It is as more fitting as the original hourly tune than the Wild World and City Folk tune.
The remix played during a storm or precipitation like rain or snow is much quieter than the normal version. In which the music is even more lighter and has very faint beats at a constant measure.
