Phoebe is an orange-red and yellow ostrich with spotted wings. Her name given, color scheme, her outfit, the [[Flame Tee]] as their default outfit, like a mythical Phoenix, Her Appearance is similar to [[Rio]]'s, another female ostrich with a [[peppy]] personality that first appeared in the First generation games and returned in {{NH}}.
