Frame Boo is an enemy in Yoshi's Woolly World. It's a Boo with a glowing metal frame. When Yoshi is facing one they turn red however when his back is turned they turn blue and begin chasing him. When hit with a yarn ball they become a Boo-like balloon that will rise temporarily before they break free or if Yoshi unties the ribbon reverting them back to normal.
