The Swinging bench is a DIY recipe in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. It requires 5 wood and 7 softwood. The recipe is obtained by Tom Nook for villagers' homes. It can also be obtained from Test Your DIY skills. Alternatively, the item can be obtained from another island.
The furniture appears in the houses of Astrid, Cally, and Winnie. In Happy Home Paradise, the furniture will be unlocked when designing the houses of Al, Beardo, Biskit, Butch, Carrie, Chelsea, Gonzo, Norma, Papi, Sally, Soleil, and Sylvia.
Chelsea requires this item when designing their home.
